Ms. Chi holds 20 years of experience in the field of development consultancy. Her key expertise is in Results-based Management (RBM), Gender Equality, Public Administration Reform (PAR), Organizational Development (OD), Human Resource Development (HRD) and Socio-economic Development.

Ms. Chi Pham also possess a profound knowledge about Vietnam’s governance and management system and institutional issues and frequently provide technical assistance and capacity building services to various Vietnam’s ministries/sectors such as Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education & Training, Ministry of Planning & Investment, Ministry of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Government Inspectorate and provincial authorities. Ms. Chi Pham has international experience in supporting the countries in SouthEast Asia (Laos, Thailand, Myanmar) and African countries such as Ethiopia in the process of Public Administration Reform and Sector Governance Reform including legislation.

Ms. Chi Pham is an experienced researcher and engaged in various qualitative and quantitative researches in socio-economic development.

Degree: Ms. Chi graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and is currently a PhD student in Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
