Dr. Hoang Thi Thuy Nguyet is a Consultant in the area of Public Sector (including Policy Review, Public Finance,...) at TDI Consulting.

Ms. Nguyet gains extensive consulting expertise and experience in capacity building, especially in the fields of Public Finance Management, Public Investment, Development Planning and Budgeting, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluate. She also has a wide knowledge of Vietnam's development strategy, policies, institutions and mechanisms and in-depth understanding of fiscal policy, financial management regulations, estimation, allocation and settlement of the state budget, decentralization of management mechanisms and institutional review in areas including health, education, transportation, climate change, etc.

Ms. Nguyet has experience working with international development partners as well as ministries, departments of governments, NGOs, etc. She has participated in many projects of UNDP, WB, ADB, GIZ/EU... and has articles published in academic journals, scientific conferences.

In addition, Ms. Nguyet also has excellent analytical, communication, support, training and research skills.

Degree: Ms. Nguyet graduated with a Master's degree in Finance - Credit from Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting and a PhD in Finance - Credit from the Academy of Finance.
