Dr. Tran Thi Hong Thuy is a business development expert at TDI Consulting. 

Ms. Thuy started her career as a researcher at CONCETTI in 2003, and then worked as a consultant for various organizations. She holds 20 years of experience in Business Development, Business Model Building, Innovative Startups, Business Incubation and Acceleration, Policy Consulting on Small and Medium Enterprise Development, Capacity Enhancement. Ms. Thuy has a deep understanding of the Vietnamese business ecosystem, including the impact business ecosystem and the innovation startup ecosystem. She has deep expertise in research, design and implementation of diverse projects to effectively support SMEs, impact businesses, innovative startups. 

She participated in the development of the Vietnam SME White Paper in 2011, 2014, in the draft of the General Investment Law and the General Enterprise Law, and drafted the Decree on the development of sustainable business models in Vietnam. She also developed the Manual guiding the building and operation of the Vietnam Consultant Network. She has experience working with government agencies, international development partners such as: UNDP, ITC/UN, UNESCAP, USAID, WB, JICA and the private sector such as: GRAB, VINASAMEX, VIFOCO, SCANCOM, HAPPY HANDS, MEGALINK.

Ms. Thuy’s skills in communication, organization and project implementation; sense of responsibility, integrity and ability to work independently as well as in a team are always highly appreciated.

Degree: Ms. Thuy holds a Master's degree in International Technology Management from the Asian Institute of Technology and a PhD in Development Economics from National Economics University.
