Dr. Nguyen Quynh Hoa is our Collaborator Consultant in the field of M&E and towards sustainable development such as Gender Equality, SMEs, etc. Besides, Ms. Hoa is also the Head of Development Economics, Faculty of Planning and Development, National Economics University.

Ms. Hoa gains extensive experience in PAR, Economic Development, Community Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Training and Capacity building. She has a wide range of expertise and understanding of socio-economic policies, institutional organizations, etc. Ms. Hoa holds many years of experience working with departments such as the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and non-governmental organizations such as Oxfam, CVN, UNICEF...

Ms. Hoa participated in many scientific research projects at the State and ministerial levels, and contributed numerous scientific articles and presentations at major national and regional scientific conferences. She has also appeared in many books, textbooks and documents for the University.

In addition, Ms. Hoa's research, data analysis and executive skills are highly appreciated.

Degree: Ms. Hoa holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from the National Economics University (Vietnam - Netherlands Graduate Program) and a Doctorate in Development Economics from the National Economics University.
