It is funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recognising the need for targeted and innovative development interventions in the middle-income context of Vietnam, TEAL\u2019s impact group is ethnic minority women \u2013 one of the groups most at risk of \u2018falling behind\u2019 in Vietnam\u2019s rapid development. Specifically, TEAL is targeting primarily Thai and H\u2019Mong ethnicity women working in the Arabica coffee value chain. TEAL also works directly with ethnic minority men, government authorities, mass organizations and private sector value chain actors to achieve benefits for women.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project\u2019s goal is: Ethnic minority women are visible, respected and productive actors in the Arabica coffee value chain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three project (EoP) outcomes contributing to this goal include:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1) Ethnic minority women farmers are recognised as valuable actors in the Arabica coffee value chain<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2) Ethnic minority women benefit from increased income from the Arabica coffee value chain<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(3) Ethnic minority women in the Arabica coffee value chain are financially included and supported by the implementation of policy<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project final evaluation was undertaken with the objectives:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(i) To assess the project relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the project compared with the baseline survey and MTR to see the project\u2019s progress and achievements;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(ii) To assess the project\u2019s impacts and contributions;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(iii) To assess the two main project strategies to see their relevance with the project target groups and their contribution to the project outcomes;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(iv) To draw out lessons and recommendations to inform relevant CVN programming, local partners and broader learning for the DFAT ongoing projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reference link: https:\/\/ngocentre.org.vn\/files\/20220315-teal-tor-final-evaluation.pdf<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u1ef1 \u00e1n Sinh k\u1ebf N\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p \u00c1p d\u1ee5ng C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 N\u00e2ng cao (TEAL) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n c\u1ee7a ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh N\u00f4ng th\u00f4n.
